requested to fill your information and send back the form to AALOA Administration

The below details are extremely important for us to maintain a safe
community:
▪ Unit number owned with proof of ownership (New owners must provide notarized
Sale Agreement or Title Deed)
▪ Copy of a valid ID (Local Identity Card or Passport)
▪ Physical mailing address (If not residing in Abraj)
▪ Valid email address
▪ Contact details (preferably more than one contact number)
