Dear Valuable Homeowners, Staff, and Board of Directors,
After years of hard work and dedication the homeowners’ association has been successfully
registered thanks to your great support and faith in our team ; we have officially completed
the registration of Abraj Al Lulu Owners Association with the Real Estate Regulation Authority
(RERA) and other concerned Authorities on the 27th of November 2019. Moreover, the Board
of Director which was elected in the General Assembly Meeting by the homeowners, on 5 th
August 2019, was accepted and officially registered by RERA, the Association’s Bylaws were
approved, and a Registration Certificate was issued for the establishment.
I would like to highlight that your continuous support made us achieve all these major
milestones, and your trust in the former and current Board made it possible for this to happen
after 10 years of hard work consequently, I would like to extend my gratitude and
appreciation and I look forwar d to continuing working with you to strive for even a greater
2020.
